Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?

Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy in our outside fan village and inside the stadium. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18 and over, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium?

No. We do cater for most dietary requirements however if you suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact the venue prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food or drinks before entering.

What can I bring with me?

If it is necessary to bring a bag, ensure it is as small as possible. Nothing larger than size A4 will be permitted.

Suitable clothing in case of inclement weather. Large size golf umbrellas will not be permitted inside the venue.

One bottle of water (500ml or smaller) in transparent plastic will be permitted, but it must be sealed on entry.

What should I NOT bring with me?

All bags will be searched on entry and anything larger than A4 size will not be permitted. The following is a list of prohibited items (please check nearer to the time of the concert for any updates):

  • Glass, cans, bottles or thermos flasks of any kind
  • Flammable liquids and aerosols (including perfume, hairspray etc)
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Laptops, Ipads, professional cameras/video equipment
  • Food and drink, unless for medicinal purposes
  • Signs, banners, flags, inflatables, selfie sticks
  • Air horns, whistles or other noise making devices
  • Knives or weapons, fireworks, confetti, glitter bombs or sprays
  • Umbrella
How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert?

We will have all the up-to-date information on our website as well as Ashton Gate Stadium. We will also provide updates through out social media channels.

What happens if it rains, can I bring an umbrella?

Unfortunately, umbrellas are on our list of prohibited items for safety reasons. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we would advise bringing a rain mac or poncho. Any article that might be used as a weapon, any person deemed to be offensive or abusive, or who may compromise public safety, will be reported to the police.

How do I get to Bristol, Ashton Gate?

Full information regarding travel to the stadium will be available soon, please keep an eye on our website.

Is there parking available at the Stadium?

There is no parking available at the stadium. Resident Parking Schemes, road closures and parking suspensions will be in force around the stadium, so fans are encouraged to not travel by car. Event special buses will be in operation with full details to be released nearer the date.

Can I get dropped off and picked up at the stadium?

There is no designated drop off and pick up point at the stadium or in the immediate vicinity. In the interests of public safety, the roads immediately surrounding the stadium will be closed at the end of the concert to ensure pedestrians can leave the event safely.

The roads closest to the stadium will be exceptionally busy pre and post-concert – we encourage all fans being dropped off/picked up by private car or taxi to do so at least half a mile from the stadium and walk from there. Ensure your drop-off and pick-up point are safe and legal – many roads including Winterstoke Road and the A370 are clearways with no stopping permitted.

A shuttle bus will be available free of charge for those with limited mobility to take them out of the road closures post-concert. Please check the Ashton Gate Stadium website for details nearer the time.

Can I cycle in and lock up my bicycle on the stadium grounds?

A temporary cycle parking location will be available near the stadium. Details will be published on the website nearer the date.

What are the start and finish times?

Doors open at 12pm, last entry 6pm and finishes at 11pm

Can I purchase official merchandise?

Yes you will be able to purchase official merchandise

Is there an opportunity to do special announcements?

No. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for special announcements or displays on screens.

Is there somewhere I can store my bags?

If you are travelling to the concert with bags larger than what is permitted to bring into the stadium, we suggest looking into local storage facilities, since unfortunately we are unable to store any personal items at the stadium during the concert.

Are there cash machines at the stadium?

Please be aware we are a cashless stadium. We do not have any cash machines on site.

I have an illness; will there be facilities to keep my medicine?

No, this would need to be kept on your person at all times.

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue?

Yes, Ashton Gate Stadium is a non-smoking venue.

Are cameras allowed?

No professional cameras (anything with a removable lens) or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.

When do the tickets go on sale?

Tickets for Ashton Gate Presents BS3 start at only £40 (plus booking fee). Pre-registration tickets go on sale at 11am on Thursday, January 11th before the General Sale on Friday, January 12th.

Are there any age restrictions?

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years or over. Please note that children aged five and under are not permitted to attend the stadium for this event and Under 14s are not permitted in pitch standing. Everyone must have a ticket to the concert (regardless of age). Please note we cannot store pushchairs and we do not provide or sell ear protection.

When will we receive our tickets?

You will receive your e-ticket from our ticketing partner closer to the time of the event.

I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

I have lost my ticket, what should I do?

I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

We expect the concert to sell out in advance meaning no tickets will be available on the day.

I live outside the UK; will you mail my tickets to me?

All tickets are e-tickets, and will be sent via email closer to the date of the concert.

How to do I book accessible tickets for a wheelchair user?

I am a wheelchair user or need ease of access seating and would like to attend. Will there be a designated area for me at the concert?

Yes, there will be a designated wheelchair user area and ease of access seating available.

Can I book accessible parking for the concert?
